Approach

We take a cautious approach to acquisitions and we are not looking to change things overnight. Our ideal approach would involve retaining the company brand and existing staff and making only the changes that are necessary to personnel to build on the successes the business is already enjoying.

Exiting Seller

Where the exiting seller is involved in the business we look to agree a sensible handover period and often a period of consultancy post the sale to ensure a smooth transition for all parties.

Fair Price

We believe everyone should be happy with the deal that is reached and look to keep deals as transparent and simple as possible always offering a fair price for the business.

Confidentiality and Speed

We are able to move quickly with a team on hand to help get an acquisition done. We target 3 months from reaching agreement to get a deal closed.
